CANCELLATION, NO SHOW & REFUND POLICY If you cancel your booking/ reservation, Antheia Resorts reserves the right to impose ‘Cancellation Charges’ as follows: Private and Confidential If the booking/ reservation is cancelled within 14 days prior of check in date – 100% charges will apply. If cancelled prior to 14 days from the check in date - NIL charges apply. A ‘No?show’ is when you do not check?in on the scheduled date of your arrival, within the prescribed time of check-in. In case of a No-show by you on the scheduled date of your arrival, it shall be deemed that you have checked-in and no refund of any Booking/ Reservation Amount shall be made to you. Refunds can only be made to the Credit or Debit card with the identical unique card reference number used to secure the booking. The processing of refund may take between two to four Weeks until the whole amount to which you are entitled to, shows back/ reflects on your Credit/ Debit Card/ Bank Account Statement. INDEMNITY The Guest(s) acknowledges on his own behalf and on behalf of his accompanying party including any minors who may be a part of the accompanying party, that the Guest(s) and each and every Guest in the accompanying party are well acquainted, fully aware of and appreciate the real dangers and risks that are associated with residing at Antheia, considering the presence of wild and dangerous animals, reptiles, birds and insects and the attendant real risk of suffering bodily harm, injury, death and /or loss to property which may arise as result of an encounter with and /or the presence of wild animals and /or reptiles and /or birds whilst on the premises or property of Antheia Resorts. The Guest(s) acknowledges on his own behalf and on behalf of his accompanying party including any minors that all indoor and outdoor activities must be undertaken at their own risk, and are aware of the real risk of suffering bodily harm, injury, death and /or loss to property which may arise as result of participating in these activities. The Guest(s) acknowledges that Antheia Resorts is surrounded by mountains, wi-fi and network connections might be intermittent. The guest(s) understands this and does not hold the resort responsible for breakdown in the wi-fi / internet or network related services. The Guest(s) acknowledges that Antheia Resorts shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any causes beyond our control. INSURANCE We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for an accident, sickness, any loss due to theft, or any other reason. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country/city of origin. SPECIAL REQUESTS Whilst Antheia Resorts attempts to satisfy all special requests, it does not guarantee that special requests can be accommodated. PARKING All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Should a problem occur with a vehicle on the Antheia Resort’s premises, the management cannot accept any liability. Private and Confidential RIGHT TO USE The management reserves the right to use the images, videos, social media content created on the premises or at the property of Antheia Resorts for their promotion. VISITORS/ GUESTS POLICY The visitors/ guests will not be allowed without a reservation, however if visitors/ guests do wish to visit Antheia, the management will permit the access post prior reservation and advance payment. JURISDICTION All disputes and any unresolved dispute/ claim arising therein shall be subject to the Court of Jurisdiction at Mumbai (India) only.
